Alan C. Beckman, Toledo, 64. He was a UToledo employee from 1997 to 2002.
William (Bill) Bettinger, Toledo, 78. He was a consultant in plant sciences.
**Robert Cunningham, Delta, Ohio, 72.
Carol S. (Lewandowski) Davis, Toledo, 66. She joined the staff in 1991 as an account clerk and worked in the Print Shop before moving to Mail Services in 2014.
Thomas C. Dumas, Toledo, 82. He worked at UToledo from 1996 to 2004.
Patricia J. Fisher, Toledo, 76. She was a former UToledo employee.
**Richard C. Glowacki (Bus ‘57), Naples, Fla., 88. He was appointed by the governor to the University Board in 1991, later served as chair and resigned his seat in 1999.
Charlee B. (Gates) Irmen, Sylvania, Ohio, 93. She worked at MCO for 25 years until her retirement. Irmen joined the college as a secretary and later became an assistant to the dean in the graduate school.
Dorothy J. (Perz) Langenderfer, Toledo, 89. She volunteered at UTMC.
Dr. Rodney W. McCarthy, Holland, Ohio, 72. He joined MCO as a community-based faculty member in 1979.
Betty Jo (Moyer) Sherman, Fremont, Ohio, 85. She was a volunteer for the Satellites Auxiliary.
Dale E. Simon, Petersburg, Mich., 83. He joined the University as an instructor of engineering graphics in 1980 and was promoted to assistant professor in 1988. Simon retired in 2013.
Dr. Melvyn S. Soloff, Galveston, Texas, 82. He was an early MCO faculty member, joining the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology in 1970. Later, he also was part of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department. In 1992, Soloff retired and was granted emeritus status in 1993.
